What are the means of payment accepted on REEBIRTH?
First of all, it’s important to know that payment methods differ from one retailer to another. On the Reebirth side, we support the following payment methods:
The simplest shopping experience with cash on delivery
How do I pay on delivery?
Order completion
When finalizing your order, simply select“Cash on delivery” as your payment method. “Cash ondelivery” option
You can pay in cash. If you are not satisfied with your order, you can always return it within 7 days of delivery.
Example: If I receive my product on the 5th, I have until the 12th to return it.
Mobile Money
Orange money, Wave, Visa, Mastercard, Free money.
Credit card
Payment by credit card is 100% secure, with 3D Secure technology. This method of payment is available for all products on the site. You systematically receive a verification code from your bank on your cell phone to finalize the transaction.
If your payment is not validated even though 3D Secure is activated on your card, please check with your bank that you have the “liability shift” function.
Other payment methods :
We do not currently accept payment in instalments by bank transfer, cheque or cash.
You don't receive the 3D Secure code by SMS?
Unfortunately, this sometimes happens… Don’t panic, we’ve got the solution: contact your bank directly, and ask them if 3D Secure is activated.
If not, you will need to apply to your bank. For your information, it is not possible to deactivate this security system on our payment platform.
GENERAL INFORMATION :
Your order will only be validated once Reebirth has received your payment.
Consequently, an order confirmation e-mail will be sent to you so that you can take note of your order number, which will be retained.
